  • Brave Space Agreements

At OTV, we believe safety is not what sparks revolutions—bravery is. Our Brave Space Agreements are communal contracts that invite participants to show up with courage, curiosity, and care as we co-create spaces rooted in mutual respect and accountability. These agreements are living commitments, adaptable to the needs of each gathering, and designed to nourish honest dialogue, generative conflict, and collective transformation. Explore the full set of Brave Space Agreements and our Ethical Governance framework at weareo.tv/engagement or locate or locate a member of our team wearing a pink shirt on the day of the program.

  • Ethical Governance Commitments

OTV’s Ethical Governance framework is a living code of ethics that invites artists to align their creative practices with accountability, integrity, and care. These commitments are not universal mandates but flexible, self-directed agreements that honor the complexity of identity, community, and craft. By centering collaboration over competition and consent over extraction, this framework encourages artists to create work that is intentional, ethical, and rooted in equity.
